Returns T's and C's
Please note returns are subject to the following:
- OMÉA will accept any return for exchange requests related to a faulty product that has been sent out to the customer. Shipping costs will fall on OMÉA in this event
- OMÉA will accept any return for exchange requests related to the incorrect product having been sent to the customer. Shipping costs will fall on OMÉA in this event
- OMÉA will ONLY accept return for exchange requests that are based on the customer changing their mind after purchase if the customer pays the shipping costs for the returned parcel and the new parcel to be shipped to them. Please note this is also dependent on the availability of the new item the customer wants for exchange. Given the exchange item is out of stock, this type of return will NOT be approved
- OMÉA will NOT accept any return requests from customers after a time period of 5 working days has elapsed regardless of the situation
Returns and Exchanges Process
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details on hello@omea.co.za. Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Item(s) must be unopened, unworn, and in their original condition with no scratches or signs of use.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange.
Refunds
Note: We do not offer refunds, only exchanges. OMÉA reserves the right to decline an exchange if the item does not meet our exchange criteria.
